The stroker crank and forged-steel connecting rods take displacement to 106 inches, or 1731cc. With the fuel-injection recalibrated (code provided) and running Stage 1 mufflers, an S&S-kitted Hammer dyno’ed at 113 horsepower with 107 foot-pounds of torque, huge improvements over stock (76 hp/96 ft.-lbs.). When installed by a dealer, the $3450 kit does not void the factory warranty.
