D707 Hard Terrain tires

What do professional motocrossers like Stanton, Bayle and Bradshaw have in common? All three riders were instrumental in developing Dunlop's new D707 Hard Terrain tire. By refining tread and compound designs, Dunlop has developed what it believes to be the ultimate hard-terrain tire. The D707 tire is available at dealers in most popular sizes.

HJC FGX-2 off-road helmet

Hjc's newest fiberglass dirt helmet is Snell 91 and DOT certified, and features such things as closable air vents, a washable liner, a stylish visor that's secured by aluminum screws, and a non-slip goggle-strap grabber. Priced from $143 to $165 and available at motorcycle dealers in solid white or six color combinations, the FGX-2 comes in sizes XXS through XXL. Lockhart-Phillips dualsport catalog

Interest in dual-purpose motorcycles appears to be on the upswing, so it was only a matter of time before someone brought out a catalog aimed squarely at this market. LockhartPhillips U.S.A. For $2, a dual-sport enthusiast can thumb through the 48-page, full-color catalog, which offers fanny packs, jackets, silencers, fuel tanks, turnsignals, plastic bodywork, quick-disconnect fuel-line adapters and hundreds of other products to make any dual-sport adventure more fun.

Tank Shop aluminum fuel tanks

Britain's Tank Shop is famous for its handmade aluminum fuel tanks. These beauties are now available in the U.S. from Clubman Racing Accessories (P.O. Box 59, Fairfield, CT 06430; 203/256-1224). Styles are available for most British bikes, with prices ranging from $419 to $549. Three dollars will get you a catalog that contains information on the tanks, as well as listings of the firm's fairings, rearsets and seats.
