SUPER SPINNE

That's "spider" if you're Austrian

MARK DUGALIY'S CUSTOM KTM SuPER Duke R takes its inspiration from Glenn Cox's Pikes Peak Hill Climb machine. The beast has all carbon-fiber bodywork to shave a bunch of weight. including a unique fairing with built-in handguards, with logos and ghosted graphics by Mars of Syndrome studios over a tasty mix of matte and shiny surfaces—also a custom bellypan by ProFab Tech. "Crazy seats are my calling card," says Dugally. "and this 'Crushgrip' seat, as I like to call it, is a urethane-bladed seat that provides an exceptional level of rider stability in accelerating and braking, plus comfort." The Super Duke's Power Commander-controlled Twin exhales through a radically modified Akrapovic titanium/carbon race system that's both loud and obnoxious, says Dugally: "This bike is a pissed off little aniout of inc. to be honest, but 1 love it."John Bwns
