Regular use of a Mandibular Orthopedic Repositioning Appliance (MORA), such as the Gravity 2, may increase strength and enhance athletic performance.

While Shock Doctor makes mouthguards for various contact sports, the Gravity 2 is intended for use with a fullface or chinbar-equipped helmet. That additional element of protection justifies fitment over only the lower teeth, in turn improving breathing and speech.
