ast we heard about former 250cc and World Superbike Champion John Kocinski, he was getting a paycheck for testing the then-new Yamaha YZR-M1 and dab Ibling in the Southern California real-estate market. Now, the 35-year-old is re portedly retired from motorsports, but he's still quite the real-estate kingpin. The Los Angeles Times recently published a story that said Johnny K was selling his Beverly Hills-area home-recently featured in Architectural Digest and noted for its fanatically manicured lawns and gardens on 3.1 acres-for $8.75 million. Kocinski s new be far away, as he's just moving across town to Bel Air, although the details of the new property were not disclosed. Not bad for a skinny kid from Little Rock, Arkansas.
