SCHREIBER SECOND AFTER TWO TRIALS ROUNDS

Former (1980) Trials World Champion Bernie Schreiber was second in 1982 points following the second event of the series, in Belgium.

The event was a repeat of the initial round in Spain. In both events Eddy Lejeune won on a four-stroke Honda RTL360 built and sponsored by the factory. Schreiber was second in both on his new SWM, and 1981 World Champion Gilles Burgat was third in both on his works Fantic.

After two rounds points stood at Lejeune 30, Schreiber 24 and Burgat 20. There are 10 more rounds scheduled in the series, including one in California.
