NEW MX TIRE
New from Bridgestone Tire Company is the variable pitch M-10 motocross tire, designed to meet the needs of advanced motocrossers and racing professionals.
The wide-through-short variation in pitch helps insure traction on surfaces from mud to solid rock. The M-10 features a 19/32" original tread depth, increased tread and carcass rigidity, and is available in 400-18 and 410-18 sizes.

FOLDING LEVERS
Here’s a way to stop bending and breaking shift levers in a crash with brush or rock. It’s the new Hallman folding gearshift lever, spring loaded so it will flip back after impact.
Hallman levers are made of forged steel and incorporate a rubber pedal cover. Torsten Hallman offers replacements for Husqvarna. Maico and Penton-KTM, plus a universal lever adaptable to all bikes. (These also can be used for foot brakes.)

THUMPER PIPE
Bassani Manufacturing now stocks a downswept exhaust system for the Yamaha TT and XT500 Single. Designed with a tuned megaphone and silencer, Bassani says this pipe increases hp by 14 to 17 percent, and improves mid-range and top end power. This pipe is approximately 10 pounds lighter than stock Yamaha exhaust. The pipe sweeps down the right side of the bike, tucking in close to engine cases. A special reverse cone megaphone and silencer sweep up to help prevent damage from rocks.
