CARABELA'S COMPETITION 100
Carabela Motorcycle Corporation has just announced the release of an all-new 1976‘/2 Series II lightweight. It is equipped with a six-speed, six-port radial fin engine, longtravel Betor forks and laydown long-travel freon gas shocks, chrome-moly bars, dogleg power levers and D.I.D. rims laced into light, strong conical hubs.
A lot of design effort has gone into the strong, light double-cradle frame to keep the overall profile narrow and the seat height low, yet there is still ample ground clearance on this deep-suspension machine. Nice standard features include: Timkin fork-head bearings, fast throttle, a rear hub that may be adjusted from full-floating to fixed, and an air cleaner box sealed to seat base height.
