ANOTHER DUCATI YOU CAN’T BUY

Are you tired of reading about mouth-watering Ducati specials that sold-out on the Internet even before you knew they were for sale? God knows we're tired of writing about ’em. At any rate, the latest desmo offered exclusively on www.ducati.com is the S4 Fogarty. Meant to commemorate King Carl’s four World Superbike Championships, the limited-edition model (just 300 will be built) is based on the new 916-powered S4 Monster, but is adorned with racier styling from the pen of Italian designer Aldo Drudi. Unique features include a laser-etched titanium plaque bearing the bike’s serial num her, Foggy logos on the fuel tank and headlight fairing, a Ducati Corse shield on the front fender and a two-tone, non-skid seat.

The Foggy Monster was scheduled to go on sale this past June at a price of 18,000 Euros or approximately $15,500, complete with front and rear wheel stands and a cover. Should you log on only to find that it’s sold out, don’t say we didn’t warn you.
