Those wonderful people who decided that tricycles could go too fast, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, have been asked by two doctors to place controls on minibikes, minicycles, and all off-road motorcycles. Before making a decision about regulations, the CPSC has contracted for a "study on human factors analysis of accidents involving twowheeled off-road vehicles." If the CPSC finds that off-road bikes are, in fact, unsafe, our motorcycles could be changed as much as tricycles have been changed.
