WHEELIE KING CHALLENGES WORLD
You've probably heard of Doug “Wheelie King” Domokos, the man who wheelies his trick Kawasaki KX250 around motocross courses, taking Supercross pinnacles and off-camber turns with equal ease and poise. The Wheelie King, who recently set a new world wheelie record by cutting 20 one-wheeled laps of the New Orleans Superdome track, aspires to be the World Wheelie King with no pretenders or challengers left unsmitten. So Domokos, 23. has issued a challenge ot anybody, anywhere, to a wheelie-out. 1 he exact location and date hasn’t been set. but Domokos is willing to listen to all ofiers. Just to prove he's serious. Domokos w heelied a stock, 710 lb. Kawasaki KZ1300 around the Cycle World parking lot. dow n the street and toward the nearest freeway on-ramp. We don't know how iar he got on one 120-horsepower wheel because we couldn't see him after he turned the corner. but we aren’t accepting his challenge.
