SECOND "CAT"
Need a “family” motorcycle? Why not consider an Essix sidecar. Currently available for BMWs, but soon for other bikes, as well, the Essix features a roomy, fiberglass-reinforced-with-steel body that provides ample leg room and complete stability. The wraparound windshield is hinged to tilt to the rear for ease of passenger entrance.
A locking trunk with interior entrance affords maximum security while allowing ease of access. The trunk has a large 38-gal. capacity equal to 5.1 cu. ft.
BMW-type mounts are standard; custom-made sub frames to fit most bikes are optional. A double suspension system is used. The wheel incorporates torsion suspension, while the body utilizes rubber shock mounts.
Other standard features include: tonneau cover, taillight and hub cap. Available options are: convertible top, luggage rack, pinstriping, heater, headlight, bumper and American or British Whit-worth fittings.
