SPARK PLUG PORT REPAIR
A kit assortment of E-Z Lok thread inserts for repairing stripped threads in motorcycle spark plug holes now is offered by Aragon Distributing Co. Designed for use with 14mm spark plugs, the E-Z M1400 thread insert kit contains 10 each of 3/8, 1/2 and 3/4-in. reach inserts. Two bottles of Loctite high-temperature lock and sealant also are included. The inserts can be installed with a standard tap and spark plug wrench. COMPACT CHAIN-BREAKER
Azusa Engineering has introduced a compact chain-breaker that is said to break through No. 420 through No. 530 motorcycle chain. The less than an inch square unit can also be clamped directly to a cable or stretch cord for emergency use. COOL FILTER
Protection of vital engine parts is said to be provided by using H&C Engineering's Cool Filter. The unit filters out dirt particles and cools the oil to provide greater film strength and improved lubrication. A pleated-paper, automotive-type filter is housed in a heat-treated aluminum alloy case with deep fins for cooling. Overall dimensions are 3-in, diameter by 4½-in, high. TEAK WOOD INSERTS
A new rack specifically made for the Honda 750 features teak wood inserts. MOTORCYCLE RACKS
T&H has introduced a three-bike rack that is said to bolt easily into a van or pickup. The rack can be removed in seconds and includes a wheel locking device that keeps the bikes safe outside on overnight outings. The design allows 5-gal. gas cans to be held between the upright struts. BIKE CARRIER
A lightweight bike carrier equipped with a hinged loading ramp that folds up and captures the rear tire to secure the bike on the rack is being offered by RAK, Inc., P.O. Box 18610, Dept.
