Schuberth S2 Helmet
What you see is what you get doesn’t apply to the Schuberth S2. While you may think the brand-new S2 is simply another extraordinarily light, bag-molded fiberglass helmet with a drop-down sunshade, patented Anti Roll Off System (A.R.O.S.) and noise-reducing, full-circumference “trim spoiler,” it’s actually a lot more than “just” that. In fact, Schuberth says the S2 ($699, XS-XXXL) is the world’s first motorcycle helmet equipped with an internal dual-band antenna. This feature more than doubles communication distance—up to half a mile—between riders and also greatly improves FM radio reception compared to the modular C3 helmet when using the optional, snap-in Bluetooth Schuberth Rider Communication System ($499). The S2 is currently available in gloss black, white, silver or matte black. Graphics options are expected this fall.

Tissot Nicky Hayden T-Race Watch
What time is it? Time for 2006 MotoGP World Champion Nicky Hayden to update his limited-edition signature Tissot T-Race watch ($925). Latest version of The Kentucky Kid's quartz chronograph has a date display and stylized red star on a black face surrounded by a brake-disc-inspired bezel. Hayden's racing number 69 is engraved on the back of the steel case. The Ducati rider also kicked in ideas for the look of the silicone strap, which draws from the red-and-white graphics on his factory Desmosedici racebike. Tissot manufactures a similarly styled, yellow/black MotoGP T-Race chronograph with an automatic movement ($1150).
