Creek County Caper

On June 22 and 23, 1985, the Tulsa Touring Riders will present its second annual poker run and bike show in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Signup and registration start at 9:00 a.m. Saturday morning at the Creek County Fairgrounds. Field events are from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. followed by live music and dancing at 8:00 p.m. Bike show and other awards on Sunday after continental breakfast and church services. Concession stands on the premises and primitive camping (no showers) is available. Pre-registration, $8.50, solo; $17, couple. Mail registrations to Tulsa Touring Riders, Inc., P.O. Bike-In '85

The fourth annual British Bike-In is scheduled for Saturday, June 29, in Cherryvale. Kansas at the Na tional Guard Armory on Highway 169. Trophies and prizes will be awarded for most original bike, best custom bike, oldest bike, best over all and competition. General ad mission is $ 1 (16 years and over) and a $ 10 entry fee that includes a rally pin. Firecracker Classic

Freedom of Road Riders presents the Missouri Firecracker Classic Poker Run on June 30, 1985 featur ing six routes, starting from six dif ferent locations. All routes will end at Glascow, Missouri. First prize will be a $500 gift certificate at the busi ness of your choice. Entry fee, $8 with a $ 1 discount for members of ABATE, AMA or Freedom of Road Riders. Colorado Trivia Run

All motorcyclists are welcome to participate in the sixth annual benefit motorcycle run sponsored by the Pikes Peak Cafe Riders Club. Signup starts at 8:00 a.m. at the Memorial Park Ice Center on July 28,

Black Hills Rally

Preparation is underway for the 45th annual Black Hills Motorcycle Rally in Sturgis, South Dakota on August 5-11, 1985. Purses are set for the half-mile and quarter-mile races, and both a Northern Hills and a Southern Hills tour is planned. A two-day tour is also scheduled for Custer State Park. Vendor rental space is available inside buildings and on various lots along Main Street. Transient vendor licenses are available at City Hall. Kaatskill Mountain Riders

A poker run on August 1 8, rain or shine, will be hosted by the Kaatskill Mountain Riders with all proceeds going toward high school scholarships. Sign-up starts at 9:00 a.m. in the Jamesway parking lot on Route 12, Saugerties, New York. Donations are $9 per person that will also include a souvenir mug, plenty of food and beverages, music, games and trophies. Yamaha Yahoo

The Virago Owners Club and The Venture Touring Society are sponsoring the first Yamaha Yahoo at the River Ranch Resort in Fake Wales, Florida, September 27-29, 1985. Room accommodations are limited and are available on a firstcome, first-served basis to pre-registrants only. There are campsites and RV sites available. Over 22 > events are planned including a flea market, a bike show, a barbecue, a rodeo, skeetshooting, horseback riding, etching and pinstriping plus the usual field events.
