Grooved brake shoes
For those riders who have been grooving their brake shoes for years, pre-grooved brake shoes now are available for most dirt bikes and ATVs from Hy-Tech Motorcycle Components. Grooved brake shoes channel water and muck away from the drum and shoes, a feature that extends lining life and improves braking efficiency. Supertwins touring tires
Continental's V-rated (up to 150 mph), high-load capacity Supertwins (990 lb. rear, 830 lb. front) are designed for use on Honda's Aspencade, and other heavily loaded bikes. The 120/90-18 front and 140/90-18 rear tires are designed to be fitted as a matched pair for optimum performance and mileage. The Supertwins are available from motorcycle dealers.

Classic clocks and prints
Halmar Enterprises is offering an 8 x 10-inch quartz clock that features a line drawing of either a Norton Manx, a Vincent Lightning or a Velocette KTT. Brooks announces a new boot that features Oiltan leather claimed to be more durable and easier to clean than regular leather. A soft, breathable insole, 14-inch-high top and mini-lug Vibram sole increase function, and no-rust harness buckles add a distinctive appearance. AXO Superbelt
The Superbelt is designed for back and kidney support while riding, and features a flexible, injection-molded polyurethane back for added support, vented mesh for good air flow, and Velcro closures. JT helmet
JT's new ALS1 off-road/motocross helmet has an integral visor that directs air to cooling channels in the liner, and the shell has recesses in the sides for a better goggle-strap fit.
