Kerker K-Series Exhaust

Kerker’s K-Series exhaust for Yamaha’s XJ 1100, XJ600 and the Suzuki GS1150 improves power, retains the sidestand and centerstand, and doesn’t interfere with drain-plug and oil-filter access. The K-Series systems use a 4-into-l-into-2 configuration, and come with Kerker’s Comp III silencer baffle that claims competition flow rates and legal noise levels. Price is $325. Designed to mount on a sissybar, the Rev-Pack is made of vinyl-backed Cordura nylon, is waterproof and is easily cleaned, according to the manufacturer. The Survivor

Here’s a new concept for overnight campouts. Called The Survivor, the unit combines a tent, sleeping bag and air mattress into a portable package that measures 9.5 by 18 inches. Set-up time is claimed 2-minutes, including inflation. When inflated, the Survivor measures 36 inches high by 39 inches wide at the head, and 26 by 28 inches at the foot. The attached 9-inch-thick air mattress measures 93 inches in length and can be zipped off the tent and used as an emergency raft. Other interesting features are a total weight of less than ten pounds, vent screens to aid circulation, and two large air-dump valves for rapid deflation. Price is $349.95.
