PIK-POK TIE-DOWN
Poulson-Wilson has designed the Pik Pok, an instant tie-down that can be hand-tightened to hold down and fasten pickup cargo. It is a universal model, designed to fit all pickups, both old and new, with stake pockets. The neat looking, strong Pik-Pok has a 5/16 eye bolt with a 5/8-in, eye, and is claimed to be composed of strong, non-scratching material. Retracted, its dimensions are 1 3/16 by 1 3/4 by 3 3/4 in. to the bottom of the cover with the long part on top. Installation and re moval may be completed in seconds. WEBCO FRAME LOWERING KIT
DT-1 owners interested in frame modification may purchase Webco's frame lowering kit to assist them in the operation. The kit is designed to drop the DT-1 engine 1 3/4 in. and move it 7/8 in. to the rear, thus lowering the center of gravity and providing better handling. Footpeg/seat relationship also benefits from the change, and the swing ing arm is moved closer to a horizontal position. The kit consists of three segments which are spliced into the frame in a simple installation. Each kit is individ ually boxed and is supplied with a complete and detailed instruction sheet showing all necessary drawings and cut aways. Total cost for the modification, including job-shop welding, could be accomplished within a $25-30 price range. "PEACE PIPE"
"Peace Pipe," an expansion chamber with a built in silencer, is available for all machines for which a regular Bob Bailey expansion chamber is offered. ANTI-SKID FOOTPEGS
Designed for sportsmen and profes sional competitors, Circle Industries' footpegs feature a serrated anti-skid surface to grip the bottom of the rider's boot. Rather than a rubber cover which can break or slide off, composition of the pegs is heavy-gauge, cadmium-plated steel. PATRACO'S THROTTLE/BRAKE AND COMPRESSION BRAKE VALVE
Throttle/Brake, a Patraco product designed to allow the rider to actuate his compression release by simply shut ting his throttle a bit beyond the idle position, is offered in conjunction with a Compression Brake Valve. The Throttle/Brake is machined from a solid block of lightweight aluminum and carries a lifetime guarantee against breakage. The Compression Brake Valve acts as a conventional compression re lease but has a dual valve design to neutralize combustion chamber pres sures only on the upward strokes. Thus, it is claimed to provide twice the engine braking action of conventional compres sion releases. Any head that has been drilled to accommodate a conventional compres sion release will accept a Compression Brake Valve. HONDA 750 DUAL DISC BRAKE KIT
Racecrafters International is offering improved factory stopability for the Honda 750 with their dual disc kit, similar to the set-up used on the racing Fours.
