K&N Engineering has a pair of new products that show some forethought. The front fender and universal mount fit all assemblies that have inside springs. The fender is made of flexible plastic, designed to bend without breaking. The mount is chrome plated, and the complete unit with fender sells for $18.95. The handlebars, made of 4130 chrome moly steel, are treated by a gun-metal bluing process to reduce glare. The design incorporates suggestions of many of the country’s top racers.
